Get a pencil and write all that has been weighing on your mind–all that crap that keeps you from where you want to be onto a piece of paper. Fold that paper in half, then fold again, and again and again until the creases make it impossible to fold.? Take another piece of paper and write how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish.
Now place the the two pieces of paper together. It might seem a bit cathartic, but this helps me. Puts things into perspective. All your problems physically look smaller than what you want to accomplish. That, and you got all the thoughts rumbling in your head onto physical paper.
Take action. Either unfold the paper and work on those items bugging you or work from the other paper and do things. Your choice. At least you are making headway.

Pancakes in about a minute in a push of a button. Place a plate at the end of the machine and in one minute POOF! Pancake!? Enjoy indeed.
